Terms and conditions

Last updated: August 25, 2026

These terms explain how Alquimia works and what we expect from everyone taking part. By using the site or publishing a project on the Launchpad, you agree to what follows.

What Alquimia is

Alquimia is an open, free community about artificial intelligence, automation and productivity. We are not an incorporated legal entity or a company: we are a group of people keeping a community alive.

A team of administrators runs the platform and its infrastructure, which includes the public site and the Launchpad, a project directory built by the community.

Your account

To publish a project or support others you need to sign in with Google or Discord. You must be at least 13 years old to use the site.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the information you upload. Don't impersonate other people or create multiple accounts.

Publishing on the Launchpad

Any registered person can submit a project. By doing so you confirm that you have the right to use and publish everything you upload: name, description, logo and links.

Projects are reviewed before being published. We may approve them, ask for corrections or reject them. When we reject something, we always try to explain why by email.

You can edit or unpublish your project at any time from your account.

Content we don't accept

You may not publish illegal, misleading or fraudulent content, spam, malware, material that infringes third-party rights, sexually explicit content, or anything promoting hate, violence or harassment.

We also don't accept projects that exist only to run hidden advertising or inflate metrics.

Support and ranking

Each person can support a project once. Those who verify they are part of our Discord earn the Alquimista badge and their support counts triple.

Manipulating the ranking with fake accounts, bots, incentives or artificial coordination is not allowed. If we detect manipulation we may void the support and unpublish the project.

Content and ownership

What you publish stays yours. By publishing it you give us permission to display it on the site and share it through community channels such as Discord and social media.

Each project's trademarks and logos belong to their owners. The Alquimia name and visual identity belong to the community; the brand page holds the files and usage guidelines.

Moderation

We may edit, unpublish or delete content, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or harm the community. When we can, we let you know first; in urgent cases we act first.

Third-party links and projects

The site links to projects and pages we don't control. A project being listed on the Launchpad doesn't mean we endorse it, that we audited it, or that we guarantee anything about it.

Before hiring, buying from or sharing data with a listed project, evaluate it yourself.

No warranties

The site is provided as is and as available. We don't guarantee it will work without interruptions or errors, and we may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time.

This is a community project kept running by volunteer effort: we do our best to look after your information and the published content, but we recommend keeping your own copy of anything that matters to you.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Alquimia nor its administrators are liable for damages arising from your use of the site, from content loss, or from your interaction with projects published by third parties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date above marks the latest version, and if a change is significant we announce it on the site. Continuing to use Alquimia after a change means you accept it.
